2.) The second step is to turn your leads into buyers. To do this you need to turn the people on your mailing list into buyers.

3.) The third step is to turn buyers into repeat customers. Make sure that your buyers have a good buying experience. This generates good will and will help them make the choice to buy from you again. Give them more value than what they paid for and over deliver.

4 Steps To Six Figures Monthly

I will come right out and say it! It is nearly impossible to build a six figure a month business selling $27 ebooks. Instead, build a front end and a back end.

Here’s the plan.

Make money creating an information product that gives value then build a backend that goes
deep.

Step 1: Finding A Passionate Market

Start by finding a passionate market who are desperate for a solution (find people who are
looking for a solution to a problem).

Good niches Include:

Money Based – Stocks, bonds, trading and make money online are all great niches to get involved in. They all relate to making money.
Health Based – Weight loss and fitness are both great niches to get involved in for legitimate internet businesses.

But a quick tip about niche selection, don’t go to broad (niche down and be specific)

If you try to market to everyone you market to nobody. You need to target your message to a specific sub niche. For example in the heath niche you could market to women over 35 who want to lose belly fat.

Clearly define your demographic. You want to your buyers feel like you create your product directly for them so tailor your product to specific people who need a specific solution.

Step 2: Create An Information Product That Solves Your Target niche’s Problem

After you find a group of people who have a problem then create an information product that solves that problem.

This can be done fast! Just record an audio, video or write an ebook that solves your markets biggest problems. Video is a higher perceived value than audio and an ebook and audio is a higher perceived value than an ebook.

So consider creating videos (can be done easily in powerpoint) an turning them into physical products through a fulfillment company. This allows you to package it so it is presented in a valuable way.

The front end (AKA your first product) is to generate goodwill by over delivering at the point of sale.

You need to understand the front end is for lead generation and back end is for profit. It’s difficult to make six figures a month with a front end profit strategy.

The key is to give more value than you take. You want to build life long fans who buy your products over and over. You do this by over delivering.

Stock the front end with low price high value products to generate goodwill then cash in on $2,000 products on the back end.

Step 3: Tell The People Who Have The Problem That You Have The Solution

Go out to forums, newsgroups, use paid advertisements or use any method possible to get your message out to the market. You can sell without selling simple by telling people who have the problem that you have the solution.
Think about it for a second. If you had a problem with belly fat and someone offered you a solution wouldn’t you be happy to pay them for it? Most people would.

So get the message out.
Don’t worry about creating killer copy (even though it helps) because you don’t need to be a master copywriter to sell a $10 or $20 entry point front end product.

Step 4: Create Higher Priced, Higher Value Products To Sell To Your Customers

A front end is the initial contact point and the back end is where you sell other products over and over (more expensive and more valuable).

If your already selling a product here are some ideas for back end products.

-Webinar course (get paid before you make the product)

-Repackage books into audio/video

-Package deals (multiple products bundled)

Up Periscope

I’ve been using the Periscope app to provide daily broadcasts for the past 2 weeks. Below you can read what I learned, but before we get into that, an explanation of Periscope.

imagesPeriscope was bought by Twitter in March this year who relaunched the application on 26 May on iOS. It was released on Android exactly 2 months later. It allows you to live broadcast from your phone or tablet from anywhere; as long as you have a good internet connection. Each broadcast is automatically shared onto Twitter when it starts. As each viewer joins this is announced on screen. Viewers can interact with the broadcaster by typing comments or tapping the screen which creates hearts that float up the screen. Hearts are used to indicate appreciation by the viewer – they are sort of an equivalent to a Facebook Like. The broadcast can be viewed for 24 hours until it is deleted.

Since the beginning of July I have been broadcasting a daily social media tip on each working day covering Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter. Each Friday I do a weekly wrap of the previous week’s tips, for those that missed them. Over the 2 weeks my audience has grown from 8 live viewers to around 85, with a high of just over a 100 on last week. It is encouraging that I have started to receive questions during broadcasts and more are welcome! Periscope presents a great opportunity for a live Q and A.

Here are my top ten Periscope learning points

1.A good internet connection is vital

If the connection is poor the Start Broadcast button doesn’t initialise but I discovered that just because it does, doesn’t mean your connection is good enough. A poor connection will mean freezes during the broadcast which make it frustrating for viewers.

2.Find a quiet environment

A phone or tablet microphone will pick up background noise, so if possible find somewhere quiet to do your broadcast. This is particularly important if you are presenting or running a Q and A.

3.Periscope doesn’t work on Samsung phones

Although there’s no confirmation from Samsung or Periscope it does seems that there’s an issue with the Android app on Samsung phones. I have discovered lots of users with problems of intermittent broadcasts and haven’t found anyone who’s successfully broadcasting on a Samsung. (Update: 8.07.15 – There’s been improvement on my Samsung Galaxy Alpha since last Android update with freezing issue fixed but quality of broadcast via iPad is far superior).

4.Update your profile description

When you sign up to Periscope your profile description is imported from Twitter. To attract more viewers I’d suggest amending to to make it Periscope specific. At present you can only do amend your profile description on the iOS app.

5.Use a hashtag

To make it easier for people to find your broadcasts on Twitter; use a hashtag in your video title which is immediately posted to Twitter when you start broadcasting. At present hashtags don’t work on Periscope, in fact there is no video search but I imagine this will change soon.

6.Use Auto save Broadcasts

I highly recommend checking the Auto save Broadcast option so that all your broadcasts are saved to your device. You’ll then be able to re-purpose your videos such as upload them to YouTube or add to your website.

7.Be ready

When you hit the Start Broadcast button you are live straight away. There’s no countdown or pause so be prepared for this and start talking straight away. It’s also important where you back camera is pointing when the broadcast starts as this opening image is used as the thumbnail when your video is listed.

8.Repeat questions

Comments aren’t viewable on the screen during replays, so for the benefit of replay viewers you should repeat comments, particularly questions, when answering them.

9.Turn on Location Sharing

To attract people from your area and to provide context, make sure that Location Sharing is switched on. This is even more important now that the iOS app has maps showing live users.

10.Switch off Android notifications

It’s not possible to switch off the sounds of Android notifications without switching them off altogether, but you will probably want to do this to avoid being disturbed by sounds in meetings. It’s a shame as you then miss out on notifications of users going live but you can now choose to receive notifications without sound.

imagesI hope the above encourages you to get onto Periscope and to start making some quality broadcasts. Let me know how you get on in the Comments below and I’ll leave you with this thought.

Periscope is going to be a game changer.

Choosing the Right Keywords

What is the single most important thing you can do to insure the success of your website? One of the answers is to choose the right keywords.

Choose the right keywords.

imagesWhy is that, with all of the highly effective search engine strategies that we can employ? It’s rather simple. If you don’t choose the right keywords, all of your other strategies won’t help you at all, because those strategies build on top of choosing the right keywords.

Let’s look at it from the point of a view of a searcher. A searcher visits one of the major engines looking for your goods or services. He types in what he considers to be the most important topic, or keyword, for his search. Up come the results, ten per page.

If you haven’t taken time to choose the most effective keyword phrases, you may have done something like use the name of your company as your main keyword. If your company has significant name recognition, like Sony, that’s fine. But, if your company is like the vast majority of companies on the Net, optimising the page for the name of your company has just cost you some business.

Choose the most effective keyword phrase for your page!

How on earth do you choose your important keyword phrases? First off, don’t depend on yourself to choose the right keywords. Your searchers are probably not finding you the same way that you’d think they’d find you. Instead, ask your customers or someone outside of your business what they would type in the search window when looking for your site.

Optimise each page separately.

When working with search engines, consider the focus of each page separately, because the engines do. So, if you want top ranked pages, create content-rich information pages that centre on one or two topics only, and use those fine-tuned topics as your keywords for that page.

Don’t try to optimise a single page for every keyword that’s important to your business. It just won’t work. Instead, create separate content-rich pages and utilize your other keywords in that manner, and bring additional traffic into your site.

Let’s look at some tips on how to choose keywords.

Stay away from general keywords.

Take your keyword ideas and fine tune them based on each page of your website. While it’s tempting to choose very general keywords, like “computers,” don’t do it for a number of reasons.

First off, the competition will be fierce. And, more and more searchers are realizing that they can fine tune their searches and cut out never-ending search results by searching for phrases rather than single keywords.

Also, research has shown that when a searcher wants to purchase something, he conducts extremely fine tuned searches to find it. In other words, if he’s searching for a DVD title by a particular actor, he’ll search for the exact title or under the name of the actor, rather than simply “DVD.”

So, while having a web page that ranks extremely well for a very general keyword seems like the ideal situation, keep in mind that you may get more traffic, but you won’t necessarily get more sales.

Consider your individual goods or services.

imagesSome excellent keyword choices are the names of your individual goods and services. For example, if you’re a professional writer, create pages that advertise your services, such as “ghost writing” or “technical writing.” Creating a page for the very general keyword, “writing,” actually may not get you the business you want.

By the same token, don’t use trademarked terms for your competitors in your tags. Trademark lawsuits are springing up faster than blemishes on a teenager’s face, and you certainly don’t want, or need, to find yourself in the middle of one.

Take a general keyword and add a specific word to it.

If you can only think of very general keywords, start with a list of those keywords, and then add specific words to each one. For example, if you ‘re an artist, take the general keyword of “art” and add a specific word or two to it, based on your particular business. So, your keyword phrases may be “art lessons for children” or “modern art.”

Consider regional keywords.

Does your business cater to a particular region? If you have a restaurant in London, for example, your keyword phrase should contain the name of the city or state.

Different terminology?

Do people from other regions use different terminology when searching for your keyword phrase? If so, utilize that terminology in your tags or on your page, or create a separate page. For example, in the South, people call “shopping carts” that you find in grocery stores “buggies.”

What keywords are your competitors using?

Search for your competitors’ sites and see what keywords they’re using. Do NOT copy their tags or anything else. Simply review their pages to see if they might be using a keyword phrase that could be helpful to you.

Once you’ve determined your keyword phrases, don’t stop there!

As mentioned earlier, just because you think that a keyword phrase is perfect for your page, doesn’t mean that it is.

The bottom line here is, we’re after traffic to our sites. Even more to the point, we’re after paying customers! So, if our keyword phrase is so fine tuned that no one is using it, it will do us no good, even if we have a number one ranking for it.

On the other hand, if our keyword phrase is too general, we may get traffic, but we might not get paying customers.

In Closing

If you spend time choosing the best keywords for your web pages, it will add up to traffic and sales for your online business!

Installing WordPress

Installing WordPress these days is quite straight forward, afetr the installation process there are a few things to do to get you started.

Plugins are one the most important and attractive part of the WordPress platform. The most important and the must have plugins in my opinion are;

WP SpamSheild Anti-Spam : The best anti spam plugin for guarding your blog against the spammers. Spam comments are one of the most infuriating things for a webmaster to worry about but after installing this plugin no spam messages will enter your site.

This is not a must do thing but doing this is better for you or your business.
Firstly, go to settings tab and select General then just remove the “WWW” and the click save.

7. DISABLE HTML COMMENTS IN WORDPRESS COMMENTS

HTML comments is a vulnerability that could be reason for a hack attack. For protecting your blog from hackers you must use this method to disable HTML comments. For disabling the HTML comment you need add the following lines in your FUNCTION.PHP file

add_filter( ‘pre_comment_content’, ‘wp_specialchars’);

8. CREATE PAGES

Creating pages is as simple as creating a word file, no need to worry about programming languages you just need to open your command panel and then select pages and click add new. Then type the name of the pages that you want to create and type the content and then click publish.

Business Planning Is Everything

BECOME THE MASTER OF YOUR LEARNING CURVE

Research the lives of all of the “gurus.” The one thing that
you will learn is that my own experience is not unique. Most of
the high earners on the Internet experienced a learning curve
very similar to my own, business planning is everything.

Chances are that your curve will also be similar to mine, but it
is my hope that you can get to the top faster than even I did.
Three years was a long time to struggle, but every ounce of
struggle was worth the reward I have finally received.

In order to shorten your own learning curve, you must do a few
things differently than the rest of us did. You must become the
master of your learning curve.

THE SHORTEST DISTANCE BETWEEN TWO POINTS IS A STRAIGHT LINE

There is only one way to shorten the curve on the Internet:

You must plan to succeed!

Here is the deal. Most people put up a freebie website and select
a few affiliate programs to add to their website. Right out of
the gate, most people are running for the finish line without any
real plan in mind.

After a few short weeks, people begin to see the writing on the
wall that says, “This is going to be a long hard road.”

People check their hit counters daily for six weeks before they
realize that getting traffic to their free site is going to be
tough.

At this point, they begin developing their first batch of
advertising. Then they spend countless months finding places to
show their advertisements for free. Some make an even more
drastic mistake by blowing thousands of hard earned dollars on
their new and untested ads.

These are the people who will learn the facts of life the hard
way.

In time, they will learn how to make their advertising work for
them, but most will earn very little money from their affiliate
programs.

At this point in the learning curve, most people throw up their
hands and walk away from their dreams in utter disgust. Instead
of a walking away point, this should have convinced the
struggling online entrepreneur that they were simply traveling
the wrong road.

YOU MUST PLAN TO SUCCEED

From day one, you must begin to learn about the nuances of web
promotion. Read everything you can get your hands on. Don’t just
read the hype, back it up with the opinions of others who have
reviewed the same programs before you came along. Learn from
their mistakes and successes.

As you begin to learn, you must also look to make a decision. Do
you want to step into a pre-built program that is designed to
help you to succeed, OR do you want to create a completely new
program of which you are the sole owner?

If you decide to step into a pre-designed and complete turn-key
online money-making venture, then you must select the right
venture to step into. If this is your decision, I encourage you
to check out the Plug In Profit Site at:
http://www.HomeBusinessTips.com/main-34270

If you decide to go the journey on your own, then do all of the
necessary research, planning and preparation that is needed for
your success.

PREPARE TO SUCCEED

Decide what you think you would want to do, and then figure out
how your planned site will generate a real income.

Internet old-timers know about hundreds of corporation domains
that existed with IPO millions, but did not have an actual money
plan that could sustain their business model. Most of these
companies were among the hundreds of companies that bellied up in
the 2000 dot bomb experience.

Don’t blindly believe in your plan. Research others on the web
who have undertaken similar business models and see if they have
survived. Study your competitors in depth to learn what is
working for them and what did not work for them. To better
understand what has or has not worked for competitor websites,
check out their time lapsed progressions using the Wayback
Machine: http://web.archive.org

Once you have determined your money plan, then you should
undertake the development of a business plan and a marketing
plan. Utilize professional assistance if you need to do so. While
creating your plans, make a determination as to which domain name
you think would be best, then register it along with a hosting
account. You can do this at Host Then Profit in Step 2 on this page:
http://www.HomeBusinessTips.com/main-34270

Once you have developed your business planning and marketing plan and
have run them through several revisions, then it will be time to
buy your domain name and to begin work with a site designer and
developer. You may need to have your domain sitting on a web host
for your site developer, but this is not always necessary. While
they are doing their work, enlist a copywriter to help you with
your site sales copy.

When your site designer and developer have your site working, you
should then undertake significant testing to make sure everything
works as planned. It is much harder to fix problems on a
operational site than it is to fix problems on a site that has
yet to be launched.

When testing is done, then you should fill in your sales copy and
then shoot for launch. Of course, you already have a marketing
plan in place, so your preparation here will be simply a matter
of putting the pieces of the puzzle into place.

You are finally ready to open for business. Don’t be afraid to
spend the money to bring your dream alive. Time can replace money
in the goal of starting a profitable online business, but money
invested can shave years off of your company’s growth.

pinterest

So just how do you get traffic from Pinterest?

1 Be Active on Pinterest

As any social network, Pinterest is a huge thief of time. You need to spend time on it daily in order to be able to follow what others are pinning, to comment on it, etc. You can’t expect benefits from Pinterest, if you are not active on it on a daily basis.

2 Use High Quality Images

Pinterest is about visual appeal. This is why you can’t go with crappy images taken with your 10 year old mobile. You need images with professional quality because otherwise you will be doing your brand more harm than good. This doesn’t necessarily mean you need to hire a professional photographer – with the right equipment and some skills you can create the images on your own.

3 Post in Series

When you keep your followers interested, they develop the habit of visiting your board every now and then. One trick to keep your users interested is to post in series. In other words, if you have 10 images you want to post, don’t post them all at once but post them one a day in the course of 10 days, stating that this is image 1 of 10, 2 of 10, etc.

4 Add a Pin-It Button to Your Site

If you want to get repins, you need to make it easier for users to do it. One way of doing it is by adding a Pin-It button to your site. Check what Pin-It buttons are available for your platform (i.e. WordPress, Joomla, etc.), pick one of them, put it on a visible place on your site and begin counting your pins/repins.

5 Post Interesting Stuff Not Limited to Your Products/Services Only

People are hardly coming to your board to see your products, so post other interesting pictures that will attract users (or keep them, if you already managed to attract them). This helps to attract new users to your account because when they see a cool pic somewhere on Pinterest, chances are they will visit your profile and have a look at your products there. If you post only images of your products, you won’t be able to attract random visitors that much.

6 Write Interesting and Meaningful Descriptions

Photos are the bait but even the most unambiguous photo will benefit from a good description. Additionally, a good description will help your images rank better with search engines, which means more traffic for you. Be concise and precise in your descriptions and your users will certainly appreciate it.

7 Use Hashtags (Wisely) and Categorize Your Boards

When you use hashtags and when you categorize your pins, this makes them look more organized and they will be easier to find. On the other hand, don’t use hashtags at large – i.e. add a hashtag only if you really need it because otherwise your pins will look spammy and users will skip them.

8 Follow Users with Large Followers Groups

When you pick whom to follow, consider not only if their pins are interesting but also if they have a large group of followers. When you follow such users, and especially if they decide to follow you back, their huge follower base is an undisputed advantage when they decide to repin something you have posted. With such power users one repin can bring crowds to your board!

9 Repin Interesting Stuff

Like any social network, interaction with other users is key on Pinterest. Because of this, it makes a lot of sense to like and comment on other people’s pins. These give you more visibility, not to mention that in return you can get some repins, likes, and comments from other users. However, as with hashtags, you do need to have measure – i.e. don’t repin, comment, or like every single pin you see on your screen, because this devaluates your contribution.

10 Use Videos, Charts, Infographics

Pinterest is not only about static stuff, there is a video section as well. Of course, this is not YouTube but if you can create a cool video about your business, don’t be shy to post it. Also, in addition to images, you can use various charts and infographics – these are especially popular among users.

Pinterest is an interesting place and you will hardly have to force yourself to use it. Of course, its main advantage for you is the publicity you get. You might not be able to make a sale on Pinterest but the exposure and the traffic to your site are valuable prerequisites for making more sales, so if your products are suitable for the Pinterest format and audience, don’t hesitate but promote them there.

Article Marketing Gets Results

Article marketing is a very powerful tool that if used correctly can generate a lot of traffic for your website. Every business writes articles, and it is the cheapest and easiest way to draw high amounts of traffic to your site FREE of charge. The key though to article marketing is writing good content, and optimising it for search engines.

First lets go over the main reason why some people fail to use article marketing. One major reason why people fail to use it is because it takes time, and can be a slow process in the beginning. However once you’ve written a number of articles you’ll start to get use to the whole process, and you might even find shortcuts to help speed up the process.

How To Write Articles

art marketingFirst you must sit down and think of something you wish to write about. Once you come up with a good topic you then must go and research your topic. You can accomplish this by going out and reading other peoples reviews on your topic, and reading up on new information about your topic. (Tip: write about stuff you already know to save time).

Educate your self before writing your article. The number one thing people love to see in a good article is content that is full of information and gives them good advice. A bad article is one that tries to sell people on a business or product. Most people hate to read things that try to sell something to them. The more information you can provide someone the better your article will be.

Once you are done researching your topic you will want to write a short article no more then 500 words. Most article submissions directories will not accept articles fewer than 400 words. Also if you write a article between 400 to 500 words you can optimise it better for search engine rankings.

How Many Articles Should You Write

The number of articles you write plays a factor into the amount of traffic you will be sending to your site. If you only wrote a couple of articles you will probably not see that much traffic. However if you write between 50 to 100 articles you will start to see a good amount of traffic come in from your articles.

So what I recommend everyone tries to do is write 2 to 4 articles per week. I myself try to write one per day. The more articles you can write the better off you will be.

You must also remember article marketing starts off slow but once you have written a high number of articles it really starts to take off, and you’ll see your site getting some good traffic.

Why Should You Use Article Marketing

Simply because it is free, and it works. It’s that simple. If you have little or no budget article marketing is the perfect place to start.

Another reason why you should write articles is because your articles get picked up by search engines like Google, Yahoo, MSN, AOL etc. When this happens watch out! Your articles can go through the roof and catch fire and start drawing in crazy amounts of traffic to your site.

How To Optimise Your Article For Search Engines

Here are some very good ways to optimise your articles to help them get ranked high up in the search engines for certain keywords in your article.

First you must pick one keyword that you wish to target. Picking a keyword will be your biggest key. Don’t try to target keywords hat have millions of searches. Target ones that have maybe 600K to 1 million searches at most.

Once you find a good keyword to centre your article around try to use it no more then ten times, but make sure you don’t over do it as that can actually hurt you more then it can help you if you use a word to many times.

Make sure you bold, italic, or underline the word about two or three times. Again make sure that you don’t over do it because this also can hurt you more then it can help you.

Effective Ways To Market On Facebook

Facebook is not always welcoming of the marketing efforts of its users and often, family and friends on Facebook get upset by such marketing efforts. Both of those statements are undeniable. So trying to “market on Facebook” requires good sense, strict moderation, and an understanding of how Facebook might work for marketing purposes, so here are nine Tips for More Effective ways to market on Facebook.

Personally, I rarely post any marketing messages on Facebook. I post them on Twitter frequently, but I also try to make sure that 75 – 90% of what I post on Twitter is either personal interaction, plugging good free content, or plugging other people’s stuff. I do think, however, that monetising my content on even free social media platforms is perfectly acceptable. Why? It’s simple. Even though the platforms are provided to me for free, I’m also providing the content that allows the network to exist.

So again, in moderation, with good sense, and with a priority on relationships over sales, marketing across these platforms should be an acceptable thing.
Why is it That Social Platforms Are So Effective for Marketing?

People are social, by nature, so they love recommending stuff they like. Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms have a rapidly expanding user base. Authenticity is demanded as people will give honest and public feedback. The platforms are accessible and easy to use by design, even by people with few technical skills.

For the most part, marketing across social platforms is free, but doing it badly can cost dearly.

Why Is Facebook So Important to Messaging and Marketing?

imagesWith 500 million (and growing) unique users worldwide, Facebook is the number one social networking site in terms of activity and subscriptions. What started as a garage initiative by Mark Zuckerberg has now become the biggest phenomenon on the internet.

A user interface that allows for quick communication and the ability to create fan pages and groups at the click of a button are what make Facebook extremely popular. Another important reason for its immense popularity is the wide variety of social applications that have been developed and made available within the Facebook environment.

Facebook provides a wide variety of avenues to communicate with the audience, which opens up an entirely different world of possibilities to have a fruitful dialogue with customers. Some of these methods used popularly by marketers are:

Advertising: The first opportunity, which is the most obvious one, is advertising on Facebook. The difference, however, is the fact that you can create your own advertisement in a matter of minutes and also specify the details of your target group in terms of demographics and types of discussions where you want your advertisement to appear.

Fan Pages: Facebook allows every brand, as well as individual users, to create fan pages for their favorite celebrities and their own homegrown businesses. Large brands have also created their official pages on Facebook that have a huge, immediate fan following around the world. The fan page has immense utility to convey first hand information about the brand and also to collect immediate and frank feedback from your customers.

Branded Applications: One of the most effective ways to engage a user toward your brand is by creating an application; this could be a game or a contest, with your branding coming across subtly through it.

What makes Facebook even more exciting is the way it allows you to target your communication sharply just to the customer segment you want to attract. It also provides analytics and page insights that give good feedback and measurement on the activity done.

Facebook is envied by other platforms and internet companies because, at least for now, they own the social graph. If Google has mapped the Internet’s URLs, Facebook has mapped the Internet’s personal relationships and connections, and that’s extremely valuable. Why else would a company with virtually no physical assets to speak of (other than offices, servers, and datacenters) be worth billions of dollars?

9 Tips for Using Facebook to Market a Message

If you’re thinking about jumping into the idea of marketing (or messaging even without the goal of profit), here are some tips to keep in mind:

1. Facebook, like any other online platform, has terms of use. Respect them or be prepared to be banned as well as criticized mercilessly.

2. Facebook is about relationships. You don’t have a “relationship” with a door-to-door vacuum cleaner salesman – so
don’t be one on Facebook.

3. Being personal is everything. Successful Facebook marketing campaigns revolve around personality.

4. There isn’t a magic formula for making any message “go viral.” You can’t control a virus – that’s what makes them viral.

5. People like Facebook for entertaining stuff. In fact, entertainment is defined as “holding one’s attention.” Remember
this.

6. Facebook ads are more personally targeted than ads anywhere else.

7. Being “liked” can work very, very well for your message. Being “unliked” (no, there’s not a button, but it can happen) can bury you.

8. Facebook is in control. Always remember this and never, never assume its available tools won’t change. They have and they will.

9. Don’t build a business on Facebook marketing – or Twitter marketing – or newspaper ads, radio ads, TV ads, or leaflets
dropped from hot air balloons. Build your business on a great product, a great message, and great relationships.
